Process Information

If you're considering a career in healthcare and are currently living abroad, we welcome you with open arms. Joining our healthcare team as an international professional involves a series of steps to ensure you are well-prepared and comfortable in your new environment. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you navigate this journey.

Your application

First of all, we look forward to receiving your CV. Please provide detailed information about where you have worked so far and specify which department you would like to work in the future. If you already have a recognition notice, feel free to include it as well.

job INterview

Once we have reviewed your resume and assessed it based on the key criteria, we would be happy to invite you to an online interview. This will give us the opportunity to get to know each other, and you will have the chance to ask us your questions.

Language course

We collaborate with certified language schools, so we are happy to support you in your language learning journey from A1 to B2. If you already have a B1 or B2 certificate, you can start with us more quickly.

Recognition procedure

If you don't have a determination notice (in german: Feststellungsbescheid / Defizitbescheid), we will send you a checklist detailing exactly which documents we need from you. We will take care of the translations. As soon as we have received all the required documents, we will prepare a contract for you and initiate the fast-track procedure for skilled workers. Once the determination notice is issued, we will obtain the necessary preliminary approval from the Federal Employment Agency on your behalf.

Appointment at the embassy

After receiving the preliminary approval, we will send you the employment contract and the preliminary approval. After that, you can book an appointment at the embassy.

Your Arrival

As soon as your visa arrives, we will organize your arrival. We will do everything to ensure that you settle in well during the first few days. We will accompany you to all necessary appointments, such as visits to the bank, official registration, and arranging health insurance.

Onboarding

Our team will ensure that you receive a good onboarding program, allowing you to gradually familiarize yourself with the station and your tasks. Once we see that you are settling in well, we will register you for the recognition program and prepare you for the exam, so that you can eventually work as a skilled nurse.
